Resort Baker

Kalahari Resorts and Conventions is seeking a skilled Resort Baker to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will assist the Pastry Chef in ensuring the highest quality baked goods for our restaurants, food and beverage outlets, and banquet operations.

• Assist the Pastry Chef in bake shop operations, including preparation of baked items for resort restaurants and food and beverage outlets.
• Support pastry production and operations for banquet events.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.

• 1 year of experience in a high-volume/fine dining/Banquet/Pastry production kitchen, preferably in a hotel/resort environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
