Immigration Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled Immigration Attorney to join our thriving law office in Maryland, with locations in Maryland and Virginia. As an integral part of our team, you will provide exceptional legal services to immigrants facing removal proceedings before the Immigration Court.

• Manage multiple cases and provide expert legal representation to clients.
• Meet with clients, advise them on eligibility for relief under immigration laws, and prepare applications for filing with USCIS and Immigration Court.
• Represent clients before various government agencies, including the Immigration Court.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• A minimum of one year of experience in immigration law.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Bar License in good standing from any US state (MD Bar highly desired).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in additional languages being a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of immigration law and immigration court procedures.
• Legal experience in immigration bond hearings, removal defense, and business immigration (L, H, B, E visas, I-140s, PERMs, etc.).
