Job Summary:

The Business Operations Analyst will provide project support to the Guam office and the Matrix Planning Group. This role involves various disciplines that aim to order and regulate land use, particularly urban land use, in an efficient and ethical way, serving the needs of the community while safeguarding resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Guam Office
  • Conduct research, provide field support, and coordinate skills in support of programs and projects supported by the Guam Office and the Matrix Planning Group
  • Support the development of proposals and marketing materials as directed
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with the Matrix Planning Group on a daily/weekly basis using prescribed forms and processes
  • Provide local marketing and coordination for the Guam Office

Requirements:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to take direction and work independently, as well as effectively collaborate with teams
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in desktop publishing, presentation, and other marketing-related software
  • Ability to work multiple projects simultaneously, under deadline pressure, with fast turnaround
  • Ability to coordinate with project personnel, support functions, and subject matter experts

Education and Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited program or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in the engineering industry
  • Valid driver's license, in conjunction with successfully passing the Company's MVR

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
