Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team at our Concord, NC terminal. The successful candidate will have a strong background in diesel engine repair and maintenance, with a focus on heavy equipment repair.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and repair diesel engines, including International ProStar and Cummins engines
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and equipment lubrication
  • Inspect and repair brake systems, steering mechanisms, and other critical components
  • Test drive trucks and buses to diagnose malfunctions
  • Use hand tools and power tools to repair and maintain equipment
  • Specialize in repairing and maintaining diesel engine components, including fuel injection systems

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engine components and systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
