The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems. You will be proficient with tools and able to lift 50 lbs. Reliable transportation and strong communication skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, cleaning, painting, and repairing properties
  • Repair and replace plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems as needed
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
