Director of Marketing

At Luke Retail, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure team success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including retail, sales, and Human Resources, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral, including print materials, digital assets, and promotional items.
  • Manage the company's digital presence, including website, social media channels, and online advertising campaigns, to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report on ROI.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and innovation.
Requirements:
  • BS/BA in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to track campaign performance and ROI.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Three (3) years of management experience.

The Director of Marketing is a full-time position, working a minimum of 40 hours per week. The position is exempt and salaried.
