Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at D W Mack Co Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in precision machining and programming CNC Mills & Lathes.

Responsibilities
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC Mills & Lathes to produce high-precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machining parameters to ensure efficient production.
  • Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain and update software and hardware as needed.
  • Collaborate with production team members to optimize the manufacturing process and improve product quality.
  • Inspect and measure finished products and compare them to customer requirements.
Requirements
  • Ability to read manufacturing blueprints.
  • Experience with programming and running Lathes & Mills (G-code).
  • Familiarity with CAD software, specifically Fusion 360 and Esprit.
  • Experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators, gauge blocks, pins, CMM).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically Job boss2.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $25.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide health insurance (company paid), life insurance (company paid), dental, vision, profit sharing, vacation, sick pay, and six paid holidays.

Schedule

This is a 10-hour shift, 4-day workweek position, operating from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday.
