Key Responsibilities and Expectations- Provide care services to patients suffering from kidney related conditions.
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions.
- Prescribe medications and administer treatments as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on preventive healthcare practices and disease management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in nephrology, including pathophysiology and management of kidney conditions and their complications.
- Proficient in medication administration, including dosage calculation and medication management.
- Strong case management skills, including coordinating care with specialists and other healthcare providers.
- Competent in assessing vital signs and interpreting results.
- In-depth knowledge of human physiology and the ability to apply this knowledge in clinical practice.
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures and interpretation of lab results.
