Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Omega Resource Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Bristol and Bath. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering maintenance services to production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and minimizing unplanned stops.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain all production machinery, both electrically and mechanically, to ensure maximum uptime and minimize unplanned stops.
- Develop and execute effective TPM programmes and planned maintenance routines to maximize machine availability and deliver OEE levels in line with company metrics.
- Manage breakdowns and planned servicing of plant and equipment, including installation and commissioning.
- Assess and procure external spares and resources as required to minimize downtime of process and plant machinery.
- Maintain accurate records for internal and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with other departments to increase machine reliability, diagnose equipment breakdowns, and action repairs.
- Strong team-working experience with the drive and flexibility to maintain pace of work as priorities and requirements change.
- Maintenance professional with Health and Safety knowledge, including risk assessments.
- Experience of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role in electrical, mechanical, and facilities maintenance.
- Motivation and initiative with demonstrated time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Current 18th IEE regulations.
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office tools.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities.
- The ability to obtain UK Security Clearance.
