Surgical Technologists at Trinity Health play a vital role in providing direct and indirect patient care in the Operating Room. Key Responsibilities

Prepares the operating room for surgical procedures, including setting up equipment and ensuring a sterile environment
Assists surgeons during procedures, passing instruments and supplies as needed
Maintains a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols
Collaborates with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Surgical Technology or related field
Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
Minimum of 18 months experience in a surgical setting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
