Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Medical Biller to join our team at The Doctor Is In / CHC. As a Medical Biller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Billing Department.

Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts receivable and payment posting
  • Process electronic remittance and review charges for proper coding
  • Submit electronic and paper claims, and handle statements and appeals
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a medical office setting
  • Proficiency in Electronic Practice Management systems (NextGen experience a plus)
  • Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
