**Job Title:** Communication Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Communication Specialist to join our team at Urbana School District 116. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology and experience working with students who require speech and language therapy.

The successful candidate will provide direct speech and language therapy to students, as well as consultation services to IEP teams. A strong understanding of speech and language development is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff.

A competitive salary of **$60,000 - $80,000 per year**, based on education and experience, is offered to the right candidate. Benefits include a 185-day contract and membership in the UEA collective bargaining unit.
