Healthcare Support Professional Wanted

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Healthcare Support Professional to join our team at Proactive MD. In this role, you will provide essential support to our healthcare staff and help ensure the smooth operation of our health and wellness center.

The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Summary:
  • Support healthcare staff with various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and supply management.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) a plus
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association valid for at least 90 days after start date
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
