Our client, a leading accounting and financial advisory firm, is seeking a highly experienced Tax Director to lead their tax compliance, planning, and strategy efforts. As a key member of the senior management team, you will work closely with other departments to ensure tax compliance, minimize tax liabilities, and identify tax planning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Manage and oversee tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of tax returns, and handle any tax audits or inquiries.
  • Provide guidance to senior management and other departments on tax matters, including the potential tax implications of business decisions and transactions.
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company's tax position.
  • Collaborate with external tax advisors and authorities to address any tax-related issues or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or other relevant tax certifications.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax compliance and planning, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex tax concepts effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
