We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Hardware Engineering to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cloud hardware solutions that are deployed across all of Azure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud product engineering development and integration, as well as experience with leading and managing engineering teams in new product development of server, desktop, or high run rate electronic systems.

In addition, they should have a strong track record of driving process improvements through specifications and engineering development processes to enable a best-in-class engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of cloud hardware solutions that are deployed across all of Azure
  • Manage and lead a team of engineering managers responsible for the development of innovative, TCO optimized, Cloud server hardware
  • Develop and implement process improvements through specifications and engineering development processes to enable a best-in-class engineering organization
