Job Summary

As the Lead Electrician/Foreman at INOVUS GROUP INC., you will oversee electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects, leading a team of electricians to ensure safe, accurate, and timely completion of work. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating daily tasks, and conducting electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance as needed. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of electricians on various projects
  • Plan and coordinate daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow
  • Conduct electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance as needed
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Train and mentor junior electricians to develop their skills
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
  • Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment
  • Perform quality control inspections and resolve any issues promptly
  • Adhere to project timelines and budget constraints
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a lead electrician or foreman
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality
  • Proficient in using electrical tools and equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to project sites as needed
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
