About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Canon Medical Systems. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for selling our diagnostic imaging solutions within a defined geographic territory of medium-sized community medical centers, critical access hospitals, and outpatient imaging centers.

The successful candidate will have strong sales skills and abilities combined with knowledge of the product, territory, and customer to ensure sales objectives are realized. They will also develop a territory coverage plan that includes multiple counties and will include mid-size medical centers, critical access hospitals, and outpatient imaging centers.

Responsibilities:
  • Sell diagnostic imaging solutions within a defined geographic territory.
  • Develop a territory coverage plan that includes multiple counties.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to identify future sales needs and ensure existing service requirements are being met.
  • Closely collaborate with sales clinical/technical specialists (RBMs), customer service, and customer applications teams to drive opportunity visibility.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
  • Strong proficiency in computer skills and MS Office.
  • Experience with long sales cycles and working with sales quotas, forecasting.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic imaging products and systems applications.
  • Two years minimum of prior experience in the medical imaging field or similar sales environment.
