Job Overview

Bountiful Acres, a local family-owned company, is seeking a skilled Cashier/Customer Service professional to join our retail garden shop team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, process transactions, and maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for every guest.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
  • Assist with pricing, stocking, and merchandising products to maintain a visually appealing store.
  • Participate in daily housekeeping duties to ensure the store is clean and welcoming.
  • Support special events, sales, and other initiatives as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
