As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our manufacturing processes, with a focus on environmental, health, and safety protocols, productivity improvements, and employee development. You will work closely with our team to implement Lean Manufacturing principles, including Daily Management, TPM, 5S, and other initiatives to drive efficiency and quality.
This role will be based in our Fabricated Products production center, working closely with our Warrick operations team. You will be expected to lead by example, fostering a culture of ownership, engagement, and empowerment among your team members.

About You
- Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing or process industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Influential leadership with experience encouraging and championing a diverse workforce.
- Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Sound understanding of project management principles, with experience working to cost and schedule metrics.
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
Additional Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a union environment.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering, business, or other relevant field.
- Hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing, ISO, and Six Sigma is a plus.
- Preferred experience in working knowledge of coil coating, coil slitting, metal rolling processes, environmental regulations, and metal planning.
