About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Community Coach to join our team at Ware County Schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the growth and development of students through sports and community programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Athletics Director to identify potential candidates for Community Coach positions.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to engage students in extracurricular activities.
  • Work closely with school administrators to ensure compliance with new hire documentation and checklists.
  • Communicate regularly with the Athletics Director to receive updates on application requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Education, Sports Management, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
