Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at Foreman Sales and Service. As a Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnostic tests, and repairs on diesel vehicles, including brakes, suspensions, engines, drivetrains, transmissions, and lighting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Conduct diagnostic tests to identify faults and repair diesel engines, transmissions, and other vehicle systems
  • Repair and replace parts, including brakes, suspensions, and other components
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Technical degree, certificate, or diploma in diesel engines or 2 years of diesel mechanic experience
  • Valid CDL with Passenger & School Bus Endorsements (CDL assistance available)
  • Ability to pass background check, drug, and alcohol testing
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
