Job Title: Pesticide/Applicator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Pesticide/Applicator to join our team at Aspire Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying fertilizers, herbicides, and chemicals to commercial lawns, monitoring commercial sites for chemical needs, controlling weeds in rock and landscape beds, and performing tree spraying.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and chemicals to commercial lawns
  • Monitor commercial sites for chemical needs
  • Control weeds in rock and landscape beds
  • Perform tree spraying
  • Manage lawn care products
  • Make recommendations based on site evaluations
  • Perform lawn mowing, shrub trimming, and snow removal

Requirements:

  • MN Dept. of Agriculture Applicators license (A&E) or ability to get recertified
  • Valid MN driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Experience with application of fertilizers/herbicides/chemicals for turf and non-turf property maintenance
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Experience operating lawn care equipment
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to drive a truck and trailer
