Responsibilities- Evaluate patient care needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional status, endurance, and overall well-being.
- Perform interventions to enhance patient mobility, relieve pain, and promote independence.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
- Document patient progress and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse and/or physician.
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Illinois.
- Current CPR certification.
- Access to a dependable vehicle and valid driver's license.
