Position Overview:
The Shuttle Driver is responsible for executing shuttle operations utilizing a non-articulated vehicle. This role involves loading and unloading aircraft and vehicles, as well as sorting packages efficiently.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct shuttle operations in a safe and timely manner.
- Load and unload cargo from aircraft and vehicles.
- Sort and organize packages for delivery.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Educational Requirements:
A high school diploma or GED is required.

Experience Requirements:
No prior experience is necessary for this position.

Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to complete all basic and recurring training successfully.
- Must possess a valid license for the type of equipment assigned.
- Capability to handle packages weighing over 50 lbs with appropriate equipment or assistance.
- Proficient in using power and hand tools.
- Must meet the qualifications outlined in section 391 of the federal motor carrier safety regulations.
- Effective verbal communication skills, especially in high-pressure and noisy environments.

Work Environment:
- Must maintain a constant state of alertness and adhere to safety protocols.
- This position is safety-sensitive and requires a medical examination.
- Subject to regulatory alcohol and drug testing, including tests for marijuana, PCP, amphetamines, cocaine, and opioids.

Compensation:
- Pay Transparency: $21.27 per hour.

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
