Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality ultrasonic recordings of internal organs for use by physicians in diagnosis and treatment of diseases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select and operate ultrasound equipment according to specifications of examination
  • Explain procedures to patients and instruct them in assuming physical positions for examination
  • Key test data and patient information into computer systems to maintain records of test results
  • Monitor sound wave display screens to ensure quality of ultrasonic patterns produced
  • Start equipment to produce images of internal organs and record diagnostic data on computer systems or film
  • Discuss test results with supervisors or attending physicians
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Ultrasound Technology or Radiology Technology
  • Previous experience performing ultrasound procedures is preferred
  • American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) registration in Ultrasound Technology required
