Position Summary
Are you ready to break free from the ordinary? We are looking for enthusiastic drivers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will embody a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit. No prior experience with mixer trucks? No problem We offer comprehensive training to help you succeed.
Work Environment
Our fleet consists of modern mixer trucks equipped with automatic transmissions and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable driving experience. Your workdays will vary; expect a fast-paced environment on production days with multiple loads, while residential projects will offer a more relaxed pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate mixer trucks and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a valid State Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Communicate effectively with customers and represent Tilcon positively.
- Utilize the radio system and truck tracking system competently.
- Keep accurate records of time and materials.
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
- Complete a 'Fit for Work' physical assessment.
