Lead Advertising Sales Team

Capital Press, a leading source for agriculture news, seeks an experienced Advertising Manager or Director to oversee the advertising department. As a key member of the EO Media Group team, you will lead a strong team of sales professionals and develop sales campaigns to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of advertising sales reps, including field reps in other states
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the editorial team to create engaging content and promotions
  • Oversee two well-established agricultural shows

Requirements:

  • At least five years of sales management experience in the media field
  • CRM expertise and a proven track record of successful campaigns
  • Agriculture and event knowledge a plus
  • Background and driving checks required
