Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Inspector to join our team at Bluegreen Vacations. As a Housekeeping Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest cleanliness standards are maintained in our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily inspections of all areas cleaned by the Housekeeping Team to ensure compliance with our cleaning standards.
  • Record all relevant information and report any maintenance-related repairs to ensure prompt attention.
  • Direct associates to correct any deficiencies and ensure that cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting procedures are followed.
  • Collaborate with the Housekeeping Team to develop and implement effective cleaning procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inventory, and equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Housekeeper, preferably in a resort or hotel environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the Housekeeping Team.
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage time, and work quickly without compromising quality.
  • Ability to work with little supervision, maintain a high level of performance, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Clean and valid driver's license.
