The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure an outstanding experience for our residents. You will be a key member of the team, managing resident interactions, move-in and move-out processes, and addressing maintenance requests with professionalism and warmth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the move-in process by conducting apartment inspections, scheduling appointments, and welcoming new residents.
- Monitor resident accounts, initiate timely follow-ups on delinquent payments, and manage necessary legal proceedings if required.
- Oversee move-out procedures, ensuring smooth transitions and timely assessments of rent for new residents.
- Enhance resident relations through organizing appreciation events and collaborating with maintenance to improve building conditions.
- Track maintenance requests to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for creating exceptional experiences.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Customer-centric approach focused on exceeding expectations.
- Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- 0-3 years of experience in multi-family property management is preferred.
- Proficient in computer and telephone systems; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
