About YOU:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Pre-Litigation Attorney who is passionate about advocating for the injured. Your primary responsibility will be to offer legal guidance to assist clients in obtaining the compensation they deserve.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing legal advice and direction.
- Recommending the most effective course of action.
- Consulting with clients to review their cases.
- Identifying ethical solutions to legal challenges.
- Engaging with clients to understand their legal issues and needs, in order to provide essential counsel.
- Formulating strategies for favorable case outcomes.
- Informing clients about legal options and potential risks or outcomes.
- Staying informed on relevant laws and regulations.
- Building trusting relationships with clients.
- Accurately drafting legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, and dispositions in a timely manner.
- Assisting clients with the execution of agreements.
Requirements:
- Proven professionalism and dedication to client service.
- Knowledge of federal and state laws, court procedures, and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and excel in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
