Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services, including evaluations and treatment, in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Design, implement, and modify therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercise, functional training, manual therapy, and patient-related instruction.
• Maintain accurate and legible documentation, including initial evaluations, SOAP notes, and flow sheets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited DPT program.
• New graduates welcome.
• Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility to become licensed in CT (NY if ONS Harrison).
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
