Key Responsibilities:

As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every order is processed with care. Your duties will include:

  • Labeling, restocking, box assembly, and loading/unloading trailers.
  • Organizing and fulfilling orders to guarantee an efficient and accurate delivery process.
  • Creating precise shipping documentation for domestic shipments.
  • Safely operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and other material handling equipment.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to understand and follow safety protocols.
  • Willingness to receive training on PIT equipment.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves physical activity, including:

  • Walking up to 2 miles per shift.
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.
  • Lifting up to 70 pounds with assistance.
  • Standing, pushing, pulling, carrying, squatting, and kneeling.
  • Climbing stairs as needed.
