Job Summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Collector, Drug to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while ensuring accurate and timely specimen collection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect specimens from clients in a safe and professional manner
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of Chain of Custody (COC) forms and Alcohol Testing Forms
  • Upload, fax, or mail COC and Alcohol Testing Forms within 24 hours to the appropriate location
  • Package specimens for transport and ship to the lab indicated on work orders
  • Maintain accurate records of each specimen collected
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Follow DOT Guidelines for Breath Alcohol and Urine collections
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • DOT Certification and any other necessary documentation
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Access to dependable and insured transportation
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office
