We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN Medication Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner
- Document medication administration and resident care
- Provide resident care while demonstrating the Sunrise Senior Living mission and values
- Promote the highest degree of quality care and services to our residents
- L.P.N, LVN or state-specific licensed nurse credential
- In states where applicable, must maintain certifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
- Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest
- Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and level of understanding
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
