Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part Time Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a positive shopping experience for our guests, working closely with your manager to increase sales and maintain merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Assist Customers: Greet customers and actively listen to their needs, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience.
  • Merchandising and Inventory Management: Ensure inventory levels are stocked on the sales floor and communicate needs to manager for ordering, maintaining a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment.
  • Marketing and Sales Promotion: Market merchandise by adhering to advertising, sales promotion, and display plans, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Operational Procedures: Execute daily operational procedures with efficiency, diligence, and integrity, ensuring a smooth and seamless customer experience.
  • Customer Service and Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit card transactions utilizing a point-of-sale (POS) system, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Actively pursuing or obtained a High School diploma or GED, with one year of work experience preferred.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with a willingness to work flexible hours to include evening, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and capable to stand for long periods, with reliable transportation or ability to use public transportation to get to work on time.
