Job Description
  • Job Type: Travel or Local Contract

This is a unique opportunity to work in a quality-driven facility that prioritizes patient care and provides a supportive working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Determine appropriate Physical Therapy (PT) treatment plans and make adjustments as necessary
  • Master's Degree or higher, in Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited physical therapy (PT) program
  • Physical Therapy (PT) license, or pending, in the state
  • Provide 1:1 patient care for all Medicare patients
