As a key member of Mark Pritchard - State Farm Agent's team, you will play a crucial role in promoting the growth of our agency. Your creativity and strategy will help shape our brand's public image and cultivate existing client relationships. You will be responsible for developing cross-functional campaigns that expand the value generated by producers, innovate our customers' experience, and strategically position our agency in the market.

Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
  • Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant client information.
  • Stay informed about the various insurance products and services offered by State Farm.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for agents.
Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Good organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.
  • Professional and courteous telephone manner.
  • Strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agency's growth.

Flexible work from home options are available. Compensation: $18.00 per hour. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees, and agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
