Position Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Epic Systems Analyst to join our team As a key member, you'll work on designing and configuring business systems, upgrades, and improvements for assigned technology platforms. You'll be the primary support contact for application end-users, identifying issues and resolving them efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the estimation of enhancement or support requests.
  • Guide workflow design, configure, and test system changes, and analyze technical issues.
  • Liaise with business systems stakeholders and software vendor's implementation staff, ensuring alignment of business needs with delivery of systems changes.
  • Develop an understanding of operational needs to set direction for the organization's workflows; proactively identify opportunities to improve business workflow with technology improvements.
  • Participate in training and work with end users.
  • Troubleshoot problems and questions.
  • Provide end-user support for issues entered into tracking systems.
  • Review the status of projects and issues with project leadership.
  • Assign or delegate configuration or other activities to Application Analysts or Managed Services team members.
  • Act as delegate for Applications Manager for incident or problem resolution.
  • Provide mentorship for other peers and leadership to solve problems, even if outside normal responsibilities/scope.
  • Be a leader on internal process design and documentation to drive continuous improvement for the IT department or team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field; or high school degree/general education diploma and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions, either in an application analyst or project delivery role and Subject Matter Expert in one or more of the following areas: patient identification workflows in the healthcare setting, revenue cycle, CRM & MyChart, Patient Registration, or lab order entry.
  • Possession of or ability to obtain relevant Epic software application(s) certification within 8 weeks of hire.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience configuring, installing, and optimizing Epic EHR systems and back-end CRM processes.
  • Possession of at least one relevant Epic software application certification, with a preference for Epic Call Center Management.
  • Experience working with Epic CRM or other Customer Relationship Management systems.
  • Knowledge of call center workflows, key performance metrics, and technical solutions.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $135,000 per year, bonus eligibility, and company stock upon hire and annually.
