Job Summary

Centurion Managed Care is seeking a Charge RN to provide supervision of nursing and support staff on assigned shifts in a correctional setting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience providing nursing care, working with a high degree of autonomy, and supervising nursing staff.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients
  • Supervise nursing and support staff on assigned shifts
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify and respond to physical and mental health needs
  • Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing

Requirements

  • Valid RN license in Maryland
  • Bachelor's Degree in nursing or related field preferred
  • Current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification
  • Prior experience providing nursing care and supervising nursing staff
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check
