Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of our medical team, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and safety.
- Collect and document patient data, including vital signs, medical history, and treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by our medical team, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Perform routine medical procedures, such as venipuncture and blood glucose testing, with precision and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to process enhancements.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing.
- Currently registered in New York State as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
- Physical stamina to perform duties that require standing, walking, and lifting, with occasional bending and stooping.
- Three years' experience in ambulatory care setting as a LPN.
- Experience with electronic medical records and practice management systems.
