Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering industry-specific solutions and sharing best practices.


• Ensuring efficient deployment of solutions, methodologies, and tools during strategic workshops and project deliveries, maintaining high quality and timely execution.


• Analyzing client requirements to identify opportunities for additional business, collaborating closely with the sales team and solution architects to craft proposals that meet client needs.


• Showcasing creativity and thought leadership, substantiating proposed solutions with experience.


• Building and nurturing high-level relationships with key client personnel.


• Contributing to development projects by assessing client business processes and designing suitable solutions, moving from analysis to actionable conclusions.


• Formulating implementation frameworks and plans to achieve client business objectives.

Provide Leadership by:


• Overseeing all activities related to technology practices for assigned projects, ensuring timely and high-quality work outputs while coordinating with stakeholders.


• Collaborating with development and implementation teams for seamless service delivery as per project specifications.


• Coordinating with all project stakeholders to ensure successful service delivery.


• Assisting the Project Manager in drafting project plans, identifying team members, and preparing individual work plans.

· Evaluate project teams' engineering practices by reviewing deliverables, including functional and non-functional requirements.

· Research emerging technologies and tools to enhance solution development and implementation, upgrading existing frameworks as necessary.

· Collaborate with Rizing's country organizations to deploy the right expertise for specific client needs efficiently.

· Act as a mentor and role model for team members, identifying training needs for skill development.

· Provide constructive feedback on project team performance.

· Document and share knowledge within the organization, conducting training sessions as needed.

· Work with the Management Team to align Rizing's current and future strategies and their execution.

· Perform additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

· Relevant degree or recognized professional qualifications.

· 10-12 years of technical experience and industry expertise.

· In-depth knowledge of integrated business processes and solutions.

· Comprehensive understanding of integrated business environments, particularly in Retail or Fashion and Lifestyle sectors.

· Profound knowledge of Rizing's Enterprise Application/Technology portfolio and proficiency in multiple applications.

· Familiarity with contemporary IT solutions, such as SAP, POS, and web technologies.

· Experience in at least 5 complete project life cycles in an architecting role with client engagement.

· Project Management certification is a plus.
