Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is $60K - $70K per year, along with industry-standard benefits, including health insurance, 50-55 hour work week target, and attainable bonus program.

Job Description

As a key member of our senior management team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily operations and staff management, ensuring a safe working environment for employees and customers.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to build a loyal customer base and drive sales growth.
  • Maintaining high-quality standards in guest services and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Coaching and developing restaurant employees to build a cohesive and high-performing team.

Requirements
