Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Server at The Governors Club. As a Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our Members and Guests.

• Provide attentive and personalized service to Members and Guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other servers to ensure seamless service and efficient table turns.
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Stay up-to-date with menu knowledge and make recommendations to Members and Guests based on their preferences and dietary needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring a high level of service quality and consistency.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and Members/Guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic and often fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
