Clinical Nurse Leader for Behavioral Health

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Leader for Behavioral Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide strategic direction and oversight for our behavioral health services, ensuring that we deliver exceptional care and service to every patient.

Responsibilities- Provide strategic direction and oversight for behavioral health services, ensuring that we deliver exceptional care and service to every patient
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective care coordination
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and progress
- Develop and implement training programs for clinical staff to enhance their knowledge and skills in behavioral health
- A valid registered nurse license in the state of employment
- A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited institution
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health nursing or a related field
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clinical staff
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
$95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plan. Generous paid time off and holidays.
Estimated Salary: $105,000 per year-
