We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to assume Medical Center operational accountability for a specified shift. As an Administrative Supervisor RN, you will be responsible for supervising a team of nurses and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of nurses to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Assume Medical Center operational accountability for a specified shift, including human resource management, operational management, and quality patient care management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient throughput, meet key performance indicators, and deliver safe and effective patient care.
- Communicate effectively with charge nurses, ancillary department supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care.
- Assess the medical center's ability to maintain patient throughput and meet key performance indicators, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide feedback to Service Line Director/Nurse Managers/Assistant Nurse Managers/Department Director as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary committees, Nursing Service Committees, and appointed task force committees to promote leadership and collaboration.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
