Preschool Teacher

Carriage House is seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team as a floating teacher between our preschool and PreK classrooms. Located in a scenic mountain setting, we are a play-based school that utilizes the Creative Curriculum and Pyramid Plus approach to support social and emotional growth.

• Support the implementation of daily lesson plans and provide high-quality care to our students.
• Engage children in activities that promote social, cognitive, and emotional growth, and ensure a safe and healthy classroom environment.
• Provide coverage for teacher planning time and breaks, and maintain a clean and organized classroom.
• Ensure compliance with all center policies and state regulations.
• Maintain a professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement.

• A great attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
• Ability to work well with others and adjust to different classrooms and age groups.
• Must clear a full background check.

• Colorado Early Childhood qualified teacher or holds a Colorado Shines Level 2 credential.
• Experience working with young children in a group classroom setting.
• Early childhood coursework.
