We are seeking a skilled Mobile Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Anders Group.

About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for helping individuals with speech and language disorders.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and addressing patient-specific needs. Provide evaluations and assessments to diagnose and treat speech and language disorders. Utilize various therapeutic techniques, such as speech therapy, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and cognitive-communication strategies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals and caregivers, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare staff to promote optimal outcomes.
Requirements and QualificationsClinical expertise in speech-language pathology, with a focus on mobile or home health settings. Strong understanding of adult and pediatric populations, including those with neurological conditions, trauma, and developmental delays. Proficiency in implementing evidence-based practice models, such as the World Health Organization's International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF). Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, prioritizing patient-centered care and collaboration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring seamless coordination with healthcare providers, patients, and families.
