Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical systems, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service while working independently
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues with heating and cooling systems up to 50 tons
  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with our installation teams as needed
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations
  • Stay up-to-date on company repair policies and pricing
  • Effectively communicate repair options and estimates to clients
  • Utilize company software applications to streamline tasks
  • Meet physical demands of the role, including lifting 50-100 lbs and working outdoors
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service
  • Valid driver's license and clean DMV record
  • Excellent technical and communication skills
  • Friendly, personable, and responsible team player
  • Possess basic hand tools and knowledge of HVAC trade principles
  • Universal EPA certification and OSHA certification (preferred)
  • Ability to read and work from schematics
