Job Title: Janitorial Services Representative

Job Summary:

Allied Universal Janitorial Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Representative to join our team. As a Janitorial Services Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our client's properties, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for patrons and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and service client properties, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
  • Assist patrons and employees with friendly and engaging manner
  • Operate various cleaning equipment and machinery, including scrubbers, pressure washers, and carpet extractors
  • Work in various weather conditions and environments, including cold weather, rain, snow, or heat
  • Ability to lift and carry items and/or machinery up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to climb ladders, stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time

Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent for full-time positions
  • Certain positions may require successful completion of a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
  • Effective communication skills with customers, patrons, and employees
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability on completing tasks that can be repetitive
