Job Summary

Summit Medical Staffing Allied is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join their team for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for medical professionals to interpret.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT scanners and other imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Position patients for optimal image capture and ensure patient comfort and safety
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to provide high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • ARRT (CT) certification and BLS (AHA) certification required
  • 1 year of experience in diagnostic imaging preferred
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts
  • Flu vaccination required
